摘要
某钢筋混凝土高层因建筑使用功能需要,连续多层楼板大面积缺失,局部形成跃层柱。且建筑底层由于层高较高,成为软弱层。经判定本工程为平面及竖向不规则的超限高层建筑。本文详细介绍了针对结构各项不规则所采取的措施,以及为重要构件制定的性能化设计目标。为准确计算跃层柱受力情况,采用了线弹性屈曲分析的方法确定跃层柱无约束侧的计算长度系数。此外还对结构进行了设防烈度作用下的构件承载力、变形计算和楼板应力分析,以及罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性分析。各项分析结果表明,结构具有较好的抗震性能,能满足既定的设防目标。
To fulfill the architectural goal of large space,large areas of slabs through successive stories of this concrete tall building are cancelled,which makes some skip-floor columns.In addition,the first story is comparatively high,making it a weak story.Thus the structure is classified as code-exceeded high-rise building which is irregular in both plane and elevation.This paper introduces measurements taken to solve the irregular problems and the seismic performance objectives made for crucial structure members.Using linear-elastic buckling analysis,the effective length coefficient of columns through stories can be calculated.Besides,the structure capacity,deformation and slab stress under moderate earthquake as well as the static elastic-plastic analysis under severe earthquake were carried out.Analysis results show that the structure can perform well under target earthquakes.
