摘要
在海洋石油平台、FPSO维修改造项目中,储存原油的船舱,面临着不同浓度、温度的海水和原油的腐蚀。本文阐述了影响漆膜质量的主要因素,并提出通过提高施工技术水平,将质量检查指标量化等方法,来提高涂装的整体质量,对于其他舱室防腐涂装质量控制具有指导意义。
In the maintenance and reconstruction projects of offshore oil platform and FPSO,the tanks storing crude oil are faced with the corrosion of seawater and crude oil with different concentrations and temperatures.This paper expounds the main factors affecting the quality of paint film,and puts forward the methods of improving the construction technology level and quantifying the quality inspection index to improve the overall quality of coating,which has guiding significance for the quality control of other cabin anti-corrosion coating.
