摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、气相法白炭黑为原料,制得耐315℃等级的单组分脱酸型室温硫化硅橡胶,研究了基料黏度、交联剂、催化剂和增塑剂对单组分脱酸型室温硫化硅橡胶常温和高温性能的影响。结果表明:单组分脱酸型室温硫化硅橡胶在315℃高温下性能劣化主要表现为解扣式降解。基料黏度、交联剂用量、催化剂种类、增塑剂种类和用量对其性能有重要影响:基料黏度高、交联剂用量过少或过多、有机钛催化剂、增塑剂用量高均显著促进单组分脱酸型室温硫化硅橡胶的解扣式降解,而有机锡催化剂用量、增塑剂种类对脱酸型室温硫化硅橡胶解扣式降解影响不大。
Usingα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane and fumed silica as the filler,the deacidified one-component room temperature vulcanized(RTV-1)silicone rubber with resistance of 315℃was prepared.The effects of viscosity,crosslinking agent,catalyst and plasticizer on the properties of deacidified RTV-1 silicone rubber were discussed.The results show that the degradation of deacidified RTV-1 silicone rubber at 315℃is mainly manifested as unzipped degradation.The viscosity of base rubber,the amount of crosslinking agent,the types and content of catalyst and plasticizer will greatly affect the properties of deacidified RTV-1 silicone rubber.The unzipped degradation of deacidified RTV-1 silicone rubber is significantly accelerated by high viscosity of rubber,low or excessive amount of crosslinking agent,high amount of organic titanic and plasticizer.However,the content of organotin and the types of plasticizer have little effect on the unzipped degradation of RTV-1 silicone rubber.
