摘要
以氟硅液体橡胶作为生胶,R8200气相二氧化硅作为补强填料,苯基三乙酰氧基硅烷为硫化剂,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂制备了室温硫化单组份氟硅密封剂.研究了不同黏度生胶对密封剂力学性能的影响并确定以40Pa·s的氟硅液体橡胶作为基础胶.热空气老化试验结果表明,脱酸型氟硅密封胶在高温热空气老化过程中主要发生热降解老化,增加硫化剂和催化剂的用量都会提高老化速度.耐油试验结果表明,生胶黏度和硫化体系对密封剂耐油性能影响不大,主要由含氟量所决定.
The fluorosilicone liquid rubber was used as the raw rubber, the R8200 fumed silica was used as the reinforcing filler, the phenyl triacetoxysilane was used as the vulcanizing agent, and the dibutyltin dilaurate was used as the catalyst to prepare the room temperature vulcanized one-component fluorosili. cone sealant.The effect of different raw rubber viscosity on sealant mechanical properties was studied and the fluorosilicone liquid rubber with 40Pa·s was determined as the base rubber.
