摘要
目的:探究氨氯地平贝那普利片(Ⅱ)治疗高血压的效果。方法:2019年3月-2020年3月收治高血压Ⅱ级或以上患者80例,随机分为两组。试验组给予单片固定复方制剂氨氯地平贝那普利片(Ⅱ)治疗,对照组给予氨氯地平增加剂量治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组收缩压及舒张压水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将氨氯地平贝那普利片应用于高血压患者的治疗中,对改善临床症状具有积极意义,且不良反应发生率低。
Objective:To explore the effect of amlodipine benazepril tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,80 patients with hypertension gradeⅡor above were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was given single fixed compound preparation amlodipine benazepril tablets(Ⅱ).The control group was given amlodipine with increased dose.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of amlodipine benazepril tablets in the treatment of hypertension patients has positive significance in improving clinical symptoms,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
