温阳益气活血汤联合倍他乐克对冠心病患者神经体液及动脉弹性的影响

摘要 目的 观察冠心病患者应用温阳益气活血汤联合倍他乐克治疗对其神经体液及动脉弹性的影响。方法 研究对象选取2020年4~12月山丹县中医医院收治的126例冠心病患者,随机分为A组与B组各63例,A组采用倍他乐克治疗,B组在A组基础上联用温阳益气活血汤,观察2组治疗效果。结果 治疗前,两组脑钠素、心钠素、AngⅡ、ALD检测结果,C1、C2检测结果,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,B组治疗总有效率,C1、C2检测结果高于A组,脑钠素、心钠素、AngⅡ、ALD低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病应用温阳益气活血汤联合倍他乐克治疗时,可显著改善患者神经体液及动脉弹性,促进康复。 Objective To observe effect of warming yang tonifying qi invigorating of blood circulation decoction combined with betaloc on neurohumoral and arterial elasticity of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The paper chose 126 cases coronary heart disease patients treated in our hospital from April 2020 to December 2020,and divided them into group A and group B randomly,63 cases in each group.Group A was treated with betaloc,and group B with warming yang tonifying qi invigorating of blood circulation decoction on the basis of group A.Curative effect were observed between two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in detection of brain natriuretic peptide,atrial natriuretic peptide,AngⅡ,ALD,C1 and C2 between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,total effective rate,C1 and C2 detection of group B was higher than group A,levels of brain natriuretic peptide,atrial natriuretic peptide,Ang Ⅱ and ALD were lower than group A,with significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming yang tonifying qi invigorating of blood circulation decoction combined with betaloc can improve neurohumoral and arterial elasticity of patients with coronary heart disease and promote rehabilitation significantly.
