摘要
事故总信号复归相关工作涉及多个专业,随着变电站、开关站数量剧增,遥信点位更是成百上千倍地增长,复信号工作耗费了大量的人力物力。为此研究了变电站事故信号原理,对各种类型的事故信号进行分类,在分析各类信号复归方式的基础上,提出了中心站模式下事故总信号复归的建议流程,结合3起典型实际案例探讨了方案的可行性与实用性。该方案有助于优化生产流程,减轻变电运维人员的工作量,降低公司生产成本,提高变电精益化管理水平。
The restoration of the total signal of the accident involves multiple disciplines.The number of substations and switch yards has increased dramatically,and the number of points for increasing remote signals has increased by hundreds to thousands of times,and the work of multiple signals has consumed a lot of manpower and material resources.To this end,this article deeply studies the principles of substation accident signals,classifies various types of accident signals,and based on the analysis of various signal recovery methods,and proposes a recommended procedure for the total signal recovery of accidents under the central station mode.Based on the three typical incidents,it explored the feasibility and practicability of the scheme.This solution helps to optimize the production process,reduce the workload of substation operation and maintenance personnel,reduce the company′s production costs,and improve the level of lean management of substations.
