摘要
目前,变电站二次设备的定期检验、缺陷处理及验收调试等多种二次工作仍保留有需要投入较多人力资源的工作环节。在部分可智能自动化改善的工序上,由于缺乏对应的智能化先进作业工具,仍然采用老旧的手工作业方法。人工短接二次回路以检验对应的回路功能,存在人工手动作业不可避免的误操作风险隐患,作业全过程质量管控中的完整性、正确性以及安全性得不到坚强有力的技术工具保障。因此研究一种多用途可遥控式智能学习型二次回路试验装置,可应用于变电站二次回路试验检修工作,重点提升变电站二次回路功能试验效率,改善技术改造或基建施工工程的质量验收方法。
At present,various secondary tasks such as regular inspection,defect handling,acceptance and debugging of secondary equipment in substations still retain work links that require a lot of human resources.In some processes that can be improved by intelligent automation,due to the lack of corresponding intelligent advanced operation tools,the old manual operation method is still used,and the secondary circuit is manually short circuited to check the corresponding circuit function.Therefore,there are unavoidable errors in manual manual operation.Operational risks and hidden dangers,the completeness,correctness and safety of the quality control of the entire operation process cannot be guaranteed by strong technical tools.Therefore,this paper studies a multi purpose remote control intelligent learning secondary circuit test device,which can be applied to the test and maintenance of the secondary circuit of the substation,focusing on improving the efficiency of the secondary circuit function test of the substation,and improving the quality acceptance of technical transformation or infrastructure construction projects.
