摘要
胃食管反流病为消化科常见疾病之一,归属于中医“吞酸”“吐酸”“食管瘅”“嘈杂”等范畴,众医家大外乎将其分以肝胃郁热、胆热犯胃、脾虚湿热等证,多以热证立论。孙志广教授认为,临床上有部分患者表现为脾胃虚寒证,极易忽视,值得重视。文章列举其论治脾胃虚寒病例一则,并加以分析,以为今后中医临证提供参考。
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is one of the common diseases in the gastroenterology department,belongs to the categories of“tonic acid”“spitting acid”“esophageal swelling”and“noisy”in TCM.The doctors almost divide it into liver stomach stagnation and heat,gallbladder heat invading the stomach,spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndromes are mostly based on heat syndrome.Professor Sun Zhiguang believes that some patients have spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome,which are easily overlooked.This article enumerates a case of the spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type GRD,and analyzes it,to provide a reference in the future.
