摘要
唐宗海所著《血证论》是一部论治各科血证的专书,其中治疗崩漏、带下的思路颇有独到之处,以阴阳气血水火论为理论依据,以治脾为主要治疗思路,取各家之长,师古而不泥古。作者通过研究唐宗海的学术理论,概括其对崩漏、带下病因病机的认识,治疗的思路,选方用药和其治疗经验对诊治男科白浊、下血的启发,并进行比较、总结,旨在为中医临床诊疗提供思路,以求更好地指导现代临床治疗崩漏、带下病。
“A Treatise on Blood Troubles” by TANG Zonghai is a special book on the treatment of blood syndromes in various disciplines.Among them,the treatment of metrorrhagia and dysplasia is quite unique.It is based on the theory of yin and yang,qi,blood,water and fire,and focuses on the treatment of spleen Healing ideas are based on the strengths of each family,and learn from the past but not the past.By studying TANG Zonghai’s academic theories,the author summarized his understanding of the cause and pathogenesis of metrorrhagia and collaterals,his treatment ideas,the selection of prescriptions and medications,and his treatment experience inspiring the diagnosis and treatment of white turbidity and lower blood in andrology,and made comparisons and conclusions.It aims to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to better guide modern clinical treatment of metrorrhagia and collateral disease.
