桂林会仙湿地沉积物氮的赋存形态及分布特征 被引量:1

摘要 采集桂林会仙湿地8个样点沉积物及对应的上覆水体样品,研究了沉积物中氮的赋存形态、空间分布特征及其与上覆水体氮的相关性。结果表明,会仙湿地沉积物中总氮TN含量为5058.5(狗石岭)~7227.7 mg/kg(七星码头),可转化态氮EF-N含量为2980.59~6066.73 mg/kg,占TN的58.49%~83.94%。沉积物中的EF-N很容易释放到上覆水造成水体污染。桂林会仙湿地EF-N中各形态氮的占比顺序为SOEF-N>SAEF-N>WAEF-N>IEF-N,SOEF-N为EF-N中释放能力最弱的形态,占EF-N的39.16%~49.41%;IEF-N是EF-N中最易释放的形态,占EF-N的2.94%~6.01%。沉积物TN与EF-N有显著相关性(R=0.854,p<0.01),不同形态的EF-N之间有显著相关性(p<0.05),可以互相转化;EF-N与上覆水TN相关性相对最高(R=0.960,p<0.01)。 In this study,8 sediment samples and corresponding overlying water sample of Huixian wetland in Guilin were collected.Then the existing forms and spatial distribution characteristics of nitrogen in the sediment,the correlation of sediment nitrogen and the overlying water nitrogen were studied.The results demonstrate that TN content in Huixian wetland sediment ranges from 5058.5 mg/kg(Goushi ridge)to 7227.7 mg/kg(Qixing wharf).EF-N ranges from 2980.59 mg/kg to 6066.73 mg/kg,accounting for 58.49%-83.94% of TN.EF-N in the sediment is easily released into overlying water and causes water pollution.In the proportion of all forms of nitrogen,EF-N is SOEF-N>SAEF-N>WAEF-N>IEF-N,SOEF-N is the weakest form of EF-N,accounting for 39.16%-49.41% of EF-N;IEF-N is the most easily released form of EF-N,accounting for 2.94%-6.01% of EFN.There is a significant correlation between TN and EF-N in the sediments(R=0.854,p<0.01),and also a significant correlation between different forms of EF-N(p<0.05).They can be transformed into each other.EF-N has the highest correlation with overlying water TN(R=0.960,p<0.01).This study provides scientific and technical support for the risk of nitrogen release from sediments and for the improvement of water quality in Huixian wetland.
