摘要
目的:构建护士引导病人参与病人安全(PFPS)行为评价指标体系。方法:基于文献分析、小组讨论、半结构式访谈初步构建护士引导PFPS行为评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法构建护士引导PFPS行为评价指标体系。结果:2轮专家咨询问卷回收率分别为87.50%和92.86%,提出建议的专家参与率分别为64.29%和23.08%,专家权威系数分别为0.868和0.877,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.239和0.249(均P<0.001)。第2轮专家咨询一级指标、二级指标、三级指标重要性得分分别为(4.71±0.36)分、(4.64±0.45)分和(4.69±0.45)分,变异系数分别为0.080,0.124和0.098。最终构建的护士引导PFPS行为评价指标体系包括个人素养、职业素养、专业素质能力、临床实践能力4个一级指标及12个二级指标、47个三级指标。结论:护士引导PFPS行为评价指标体系制定方法科学,可为医疗机构评价临床护士引导PFPS的工作质量提供有效的测评工具。
Objective:To construct the quality evaluation index system of nurses guiding patients for patient safety(PFPS)behavior.Methods:Based on literature analysis,group discussions,and semi⁃structured interviews,the quality evaluation index system of nurses guiding PFPS behavior was initially constructed,and Delphi method was used to construct the system in the end.Results:Recovery rates of two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 87.50% and 92.86%,respectively.Participation rates of experts who made suggestions were 64.29% and 23.08%,respectively.Expert authority coefficients were 0.868 and 0.877,respectively.Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.239 and 0.249,respectively(both P<0.001).In the second round of expert consultation,importance scores of the first,the second,and the third indexes were 4.71±0.36,4.64±0.45,and 4.69±0.45,respectively,and coefficients of variation were 0.080,0.124 and 0.098,respectively.The finally constructed quality evaluation index system of nurses guiding PFPS behavior included four first⁃level indexes with personal literacy,professional literacy,professional competence,and clinical practice ability,12 second⁃level indexes,and 47 third⁃level indexes.Conclusions:The method for establishing quality evaluation index system of nurses guiding PFPS behavior was scientific,which could provide an effective evaluation tool for medical institutions to evaluate the work quality of clinical nurses⁃guided PFPS.
