忠县作业区智能泡排系统节能降耗适应性分析

摘要 川东气田原有泡沫排水采气工艺在中心站管理模式下,需要员工现场兑药,定时巡检加注会造成工作强度大,车辆运行能耗高,同时还具有电力消耗大、产量提升小的特点,无法满足气井生产后期提质增效的要求。忠县作业区结合气田生产信息化建设及气井生产规律摸索,完成了泡沫排水采气智能化加注装置的应用。泡排智能化加注装置的应用,实现了无人值守气井生产的智能化控制,有效降低能耗,为作业区节能及提质增效工作奠定技术基础。 Under the central station management mode,the original foam drainage gas recovery process of Chuandong Gasfield needs employees to make drug injection on the spot.Periodical inspection and injection will result in high work intensity,high energy consumption of vehicle operation,high power consumption and little increase in output,which cannot meet the requirements of improving quality and efficiency in the later production of gas Wells.Combined with the informationization construction of gas field production and the exploration of gas well production rules,the application of intelligent injection device for foam drainage gas recovery has been completed in Zhongxian operation area.The application of bubble row intelligent filling device realizes the intelligent control of unattended gas well production,effectively reduces energy consumption,and lays a technical foundation for energy saving,quality improvement and efficiency improvement in operation area.
