摘要
精准扶贫战略实施以来,中国减贫事业已经取得了巨大成就。2020年是中国决战脱贫工作收官之年,为了检验脱贫成果,有必要对扶贫工作进行绩效评价。以甘肃省武威市天祝县为例,以惠民服务视角下的扶贫绩效为研究对象,构建了合理的扶贫绩效评价体系,其中一级指标3个、二级指标13个,并运用层次分析法进行评价分析,对天祝县扶贫绩效予以科学评价,并提出相关改进措施。
Since the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation strategy,China has made great achievements in poverty reduction.2020 is the final year of decisive battle against poverty.To win this tough battle,we must put an end to false poverty alleviation and digital poverty alleviation.Taking Tianzhu County,in Wuwei City of Gansu province as an example,the paper constructed a reasonable poverty allevia‐tion performance evaluation system from the perspective of benefiting people's services,including 3 first level indicators and 13 second-level indicators.Analytical method for scientific evaluation of poverty allevi‐ation performance in Tianzhu county and relevant improvement measures were proposed.
