峡谷地区裸岩陡坡桥梁桩基筑岛施工技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 筑岛是确保峡谷地区裸岩陡坡桥梁桩基顺利施工的有效工程措施。以北盘江贞望大桥6号主墩的桩基施工为例,考虑了4种不同桩基施工顺序对筑岛边坡稳定性的影响,以揭示不同成桩顺序条件下边坡位移和应力的响应规律。研究结果表明:①按成桩顺序1施工为最优的成桩顺序。当开挖第一批桩的时候,成桩顺序3引起的边坡位移和水平应力最大、稳定系数最小;而开挖第二批桩时,成桩顺序4引起的边坡位移和水平应力最大、稳定系数最小;在整个开挖过程中,成桩顺序1引起的最大位移和水平应力最小、稳定系数最大。②开挖桩孔对边坡的稳定系数影响最大,开挖第一批桩孔时,边坡稳定系数降低幅度最大,其中,成桩顺序3降幅达到了11.81%。研究成果可为峡谷地区裸岩陡坡桥梁桩基施工安全提供参考。 Building an island is an effective engineering measure to ensure the smooth construction of bridge pile foundation on bare rock steep slopes in canyon area.Taking the pile foundation construction of No.6 main pier of Zhenwang Bridge on Beipanjiang River as an example,considering the influence of four different pile foundation construction sequences on the stability of the island slope,we reveal the response law of slope displacement and stress under different pile formation orders.The results find that pile formation order one was the optimal pile formation order.When excavating the first batch of piles,the displacements and horizontal stresses of the slope caused by pile formation sequence three were maximum and slope stability coefficient was minimum,and when excavating the second batch of piles,the displacements and horizontal stresses of the slope caused by pile formation sequence four were maximum and slope stability coefficient was minimum.In the whole excavation process,pile formation sequence one caused the least maximum displacement and horizontal stress,and the slope stability coefficient was the greatest.Digging pile hole had the greatest influence on the stability coefficient of slope,when the first batch of pile holes were excavated,the slope stability coefficient decreased the most,especially the decline of stability coefficient by pile formation sequence three reached 11.81%.The research results can provide reference for the safety construction of pile foundation of bridge on bare rock steep slopes in canyon area.
