燃油含水率对U形管路流动及换热特性影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对燃油换热器管路内油水两相流的流动特性与换热特性进行了数值模拟研究。建立内径φ2的U形换热器管路简化模型,采用Eulerian多相流模型,对比了不同含水率(自由水体积含水率0~2%)条件下的管路压降与出口温度变化规律。结果表明:燃油含水率的变化对管内压降的影响较大,随着含水率增大,压降呈现接近线性下降的规律;而含水率对管路出口温度的影响不明显,入口温度常温26℃、环境温度0℃时,出口温度下降不超过1℃,但随着含水率继续增大,出口温度呈现加速下降的趋势。此外,U形管设计对不均匀温度场分布的影响持续到出口,弯管位置的二次流对换热特性具有一定的强化作用。 The flow characteristics and heat transfer characteristics of oil-water two-phase flow in the pipeline of oil heat exchanger were studied by numerical simulation. A simplified heat exchanger model with a U-shape pipe of φ2 in inner diameter was established and Eulerian two-phase flow model was adopted. The change of the pressure drop and outlet temperature of the pipe were compared under different water content conditions(volumetric free-water fraction 0~2%). The results showed that the change of fuel water content had a great influence on the pressure drop in the pipe. With the increasing of water content, the pressure drop decreased with an approximate linear relationship.The influence of water content on the outlet temperature was limited. When the inlet temperature was 26℃ at normal temperature and the ambient temperature was 0℃, less than 1℃ dropped in outlet. However, as the water content continued to increase, the outlet temperature showed an accelerating downtrend. Furthermore, the influences of U-shaped pipe design on the non-uniform temperature distribution extended to the outlet, and the secondary flow at the bend enhanced the heat transfer characteristics.
