摘要
随着研究的不断深入,低浓度瓦斯-细水雾两相流体管道安全输送技术在煤矿中开始应用。为了弄清瓦斯气体管道输送时局部管件处的压力损失情况,对瓦斯-细水雾输送管道90°弯管处压降情况进行数值模拟和试验研究。结果表明:90°弯管处两相流体的压降随速度的增加而增大;随管径的增大而减小;随弯径比的增大而先减小后增大,最佳弯径比为2.8~3.2。90°弯管处的压降试验验证了数值模拟的结果。
With the deepening of research, the low concentration gas - water mist two - phase fluid in the pipeline transportation tech- nology are safely applied in coal mine. To detect pressure loss of the local pipe fittings in gas pipeline, numerical simulation and exper- iment research for gas - water mist pipeline at 90 ° elbow drop case was carried out. Numerical analysis shows that the two - phase fluid pressure drop increases with the increase of the speed at 90° elbow and decreases with increasing diameter of pipe and first decrea- ses and then increases with the increase of bending moment ratio, the best bending moment ratio is from 2.8 to 3.2. 90° elbow pressure drop test verifies the effectiveness of the numerical simulation results.
