摘要
以某车型侧围为例,对拉深冲压工艺进行优化,建立拉深过程的有限元模型,对比优化前后成形制件的最小次应变分布、A面潜在缺陷及材料利用率,发现采用卷料方式计算优化后材料利用率提升2.5%,采购落料料片的方式优化后材料利用率提升6.7%。
Taking a car side body as an example,the drawing stamping process was optimized,and the finite element model of drawing process was established.The minimum strain distribution,A side potential defects,and material utilization of the forming parts before and after optimization were compared.The material utilization rate was improved by 2.5%after using coil stock,and the material utilization rate was improved by 6.7%after using blanking sheet.
