摘要
目的:建立疏乳消结颗粒的最佳制备工艺。方法:基于Box-Behnken实验,以提取时间(A)、加水倍数(B)及提取次数(C)为因素,以芍药苷、迷迭香酸含量及浸膏得率的综合评分为指标,优选疏乳消结颗粒的最佳提取工艺;采用正交实验考察辅料的最佳配比,以可溶性淀粉(A)、乳糖(B)及糊精(C)与浸膏的配比为考察因素,以一次成型率、休止角、堆密度的综合评分为指标,优选辅料的最佳配比。结果:最佳水提取参数为加8倍量的水,提取3次,每次70 min;最佳辅料配比为浸膏∶可溶性淀粉∶乳糖∶糊精=1∶0.75∶0.25∶0.75。结论:该颗粒剂成型工艺简便可行,所选辅料合理。为疏乳消结颗粒的制备工艺提供了可靠的依据。
Objective To establish the best preparation technology of Shu Ru Xiao Jie granules.Methods Based on the Box-Behnken experiment,the factors of extraction time(a),water-adding multiple(b)and extraction times(C),taking the content of Paeoniflorin,rosmarinic acid and the extraction rate of the extract as the indexes,the optimum extraction process of Shuruxiaojie granules was optimized,and the optimum proportion of excipients was determined by Orthogonal test,taking the ratio of Soluble Starch(a),lactose(b)and Siojing(c)to the extract as the factors,the best ratio of the excipients was optimized by the one-step molding rate,the angle of repose and the Comprehensive Score of pile density Results the optimum extraction parameters were as follows:8 Times Water,3 times,70 min each time,the optimum proportion of excipients was as follows:Extract∶Soluble Starch∶LACTOSE∶refined=1∶0.75∶0.25∶0.75.Conclusion The molding process of the granule is simple and feasible,and the excipients are reasonable.It provides a reliable basis for the preparation of shu-ru-xiao-jie granules.
