摘要
以高速圆锥动静压轴承为研究对象,在油膜静、动特性有限元计算基础上建立同时考虑单位承载力下功耗、平均温升和失稳转速的多目标优化模型。根据工况要求,按照重要程度对各优化目标设定不同的加权系数,采用复合形法对优化模型进行了求解。结果表明,当半锥角和封油边宽度明显减小、浅腔包角减小时,圆锥轴承各优化目标均有所改善,单位承载力下功耗和平均温升得到了有效降低,失稳转速则得到提升。研究表明,通过对单位承载力下功耗、平均温升和失稳转速等优化目标设定不同的加权系数,可实现更低温升、更高转速或者更低功耗等设计目标。
Based on the calculation of oil film static and dynamic characteristics of the conical hybrid bearing,a multi⁃objective optimization model considering“friction⁃to⁃load”ratio,average temperature rise and threshold rotational speed was established.According to the variation of work conditions in a work⁃cycle of the high speed conical hybrid bearing,dif⁃ferent weighting coefficients were applied for different objectives according to their respective importance,the optimization model was resolved by complex method.The results show that,when the half cone angle and the width of the oil sealing edge are significantly reduced,and the shallow cavity wrap angle is reduced,the optimization variables of the conical hybrid bearing are improved,the“friction⁃to⁃load”ratio and average temperature rise of the optimized oil film are effectively re⁃duced,and the threshold rotational speed is increased.The research shows that the design objectives of lower temperature rise,higher speed or lower power consumption can be achieved by setting different weighting coefficients for the optimiza⁃tion objectives of“friction⁃to⁃load”ratio,average temperature rise and threshold rotational speed.
