摘要
目的分析舒适护理干预对小儿下肢骨折术后功能锻炼的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月川北医学院附属医院收治的100例下肢骨折患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各50例。对照组患儿实施常规护理,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上增加舒适护理干预。对比两组干预前后日常生活能力与下肢功能评分、护理满意度。结果干预前两组下肢功能与日常生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组下肢功能与日常生活能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预方案用于小儿下肢骨折,可切实促进患儿术后的功能锻炼,提升护理满意度与生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing intervention on postoperative functional exercise of lower limb fractures in children.Methods A total of 100 children with lower limb fracture in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from June 2020 to June 2021 were collected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received comfort nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of daily living ability,lower limb function before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of lower limb function and daily living ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of lower limb function and ability of daily living in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention program implemented in children with lower limb fracture can effectively promote functional exercise after operation,improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
