互动健康教育模式在骨折患儿护理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨互动健康教育模式在骨折患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至2023年5月山东省兰陵县人民医院收治的68例骨折患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组34例采用常规护理,观察组34例采用互动健康教育模式,比较两组疼痛程度、心理状态、护理依从性及家属满意度。结果观察组数字等级评定量表、儿童焦虑量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿骨折采用互动健康教育模式可有效减轻疼痛,减少焦虑情绪,提高护理依从性,加快术后康复,家属满意度高,值得借鉴。 Objective To explore the application effect of interactive health education model in nursing of children with fracture.Methods A total of 68 children with fracture admitted to Lanling County People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method.The control group(34 cases)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(34 cases)was given interactive health education model.The pain degree,psychological status,nursing compliance,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of numerical rating scale and spence children’s anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of family satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The interactive health education model for children with fractures can effectively alleviate pain,reduce anxiety,improve nursing compliance,accelerate postoperative recovery and increase family satisfaction,which is worthy of reference.
