摘要
目的:对广西不同产地野葛及粉葛种质资源进行分析。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,测定野葛及粉葛中主要活性成分总黄酮的含量。结果:不同产地的野葛与粉葛总黄酮含量存在差异,百色地区的野葛及桂平市垌心乡粉葛含量相对较高。结论:以总黄酮含量为指标分析不同产地的野葛及粉葛样品,可为广西葛根种质资源评价和健康产品开发提供一定参考。
Objective:To investigate the germplasm resources in Pueraria lobata and P.thomsonii from different areas of Guangxi.Method:The content of total flavonoids in Pueraria lobata and P.thomsonii were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Result:There are differences between Pueraria lobata and P.thomsonii total flavonoid levels in different origins,Baise Pueraria Lobata and Guiping P.thomsonii content are relatively high.Conclusion:Pueraria Lobata and P.Thomsonii samples of different origins can be analyzed with total flavonoid content,which provides a certain reference for the development of the Guangxi Gegen germplasm.
