摘要
目的观察丹参酮ⅡA注射液治疗维持性血液透析2型糖尿病肾病患者的效果,并探讨其对患者胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、血浆蛋白C(PC)水平的影响。方法选取西安市第九医院肾脏内科2017年8月至2019年2月治疗的82例糖尿病合并肾病患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组41例,两组患者均采取维持性血液透析治疗,观察组患者在此基础上采用丹参酮ⅡA注射液治疗。两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,治疗前后的胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、IGF-1、PC水平。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为87.80%,明显高于对照组的68.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、肌酐、尿素氮明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的TC、TG、LDL、HDL水平明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平明显低于对照组,而IGF-1、PC水平明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维持性血液透析2型糖尿病肾病患者采用丹参酮ⅡA注射液治疗,其IGF-1、PC水平显著下调,临床治疗效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of tanshinoneⅡA injection on patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,and to explore the effect of tanshinoneⅡinjection on the levels of insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)and plasma protein C(PC).Methods A total of 82 patients with diabetic nephropathy who treated in the Department of Nephrology,the Ninth Hospital of Xi’an from August 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table,with 41 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with maintenance hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with tanshinoneⅡA injection on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups,and the levels of cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF),tumour necrosis factorα(TNF-α),levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),IGF-1 and PC before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.80%,which was significantly higher than 68.29%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour urinary protein,creatinine and urea nitrogen in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL and HDL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 levels were significantly lower in the observation group,while the levels of IGF-1 and PC were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy undergoing Maintenance hemodialysis,tanshinoneⅡA injection,can significantly reduce the IGF-1,PC levels,and had a significant clinical treatment effect.
