摘要
目的探讨应用多糖铁复合物联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗妊娠缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法选择2019年10月至2021年3月商丘市第一人民医院接收的102例妊娠缺铁性贫血患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组接受琥珀酸亚铁治疗,观察组接受多糖铁复合物联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组治疗1个月的疗效;比较两组治疗前、治疗1个月的血清铁蛋白(SF)、可溶性转铁蛋白受体(sTfR)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平及治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗1个月,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者SF、Hb水平高于治疗前,sTfR水平低于治疗前,观察组SF、Hb水平高于对照组,sTfR水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用多糖铁复合物联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗妊娠缺铁性贫血效果显著,可补充铁,调节Hb水平,改善贫血症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of iron-polysaccharide complex combined with ferrous succinate in the treatment of gestational iron deficiency anemia.Methods One hundred and two patients with gestational iron deficiency anemia received by Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from October 2019 to March 2021 were selected.A random number table method was used to divide them into two groups.The control group was treated with ferrous succinate,and the observation group was treated with iron-polysaccharide complex combined with ferrous succinate.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The efficacy of the two groups at 1month of treatment were compared.The levels of serum ferritin(SF),soluble transferrin receptor(sTfR),hemoglobin(HB)before and 1 month after treatment and the incidences of adverse reactions during treatment were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group and the levels of SF and Hb were higher and the level of sTfR was lower of patients in both groups than those before treatment,and the levels of SF and Hb were higher and the level of sTfR was lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Iron-polysaccharide complex combined with ferrous succinate has significant effect in the treatment of gestational iron deficiency anemia,which can supplement iron,regulate Hb level and improve anemia symptoms.
