摘要
土木工程作为支撑国家基础设施建设的关键学科,为“一带一路”倡议中基础设施互联互通提供了重要的技术支持。围绕“一带一路”背景下土木工程专业留学生人才培养问题,讨论了高校土木工程专业国际化的必要性和在土木工程专业留学生人才培养面临的主要问题,并结合南京工业大学土木工程学院国际班的教学和实践,提出了土木工程专业留学生人才培养策略,强调以留学生为中心,坚持培育卓越人才、服务家国社会和学问达到世界水平的培养理念,聚焦土木卓越工程师的国际化人才培养目标,为高校土木工程专业留学生人才培养提供参考。
As a key discipline supporting national infrastructure construction,civil engineering provides important technical support for the interconnection of infrastructure in the Belt and Road Initiative.Focusing on the talent cultivation for international students in civil engineering under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,this paper discusses the necessity of the internationalization of civil engineering majors in colleges and universities,and the main problems existing in the cultivation.Combining with the teaching practice of the international classes in the School of Civil Engineering of Nanjing University of Technology,it proposes the cultivation strategy as well.It emphasizes that international students are the center,adheres to the training concept of cultivating outstanding talents,serving the country and society,and focuses on the goal of international talent cultivation for outstanding civil engineering engineers,which provides some insight for the cultivation of international students in civil engineering in colleges and universities.
