摘要
2021年春季,潮白河试验性生态补水总体效果良好,实现了预期目标,此次生态补水是一次跨流域、多水源、多工程、干支流联调的大型统筹调度实践。简要介绍了此次生态补水的目的意义、基本情况和补水成效;全面分析此次调度组织实施过程;提出了工程和调度管理短板及相应改进建议,为潮白河流域水资源管理和精细化、精准化调度提供实操成果经验。
The experimental ecological water supplement of Chaobai River in spring 2021 has achieved great overall effect and achieved the expected goal.This ecological water supplement is a large-scale integrated operation practice of cross basin,multi water sources,multi projects and combined diversion of main and tributaries.This paper briefly introduces the purpose,significance,basic situation and effect of the ecological water supplement.Comprehensively reoffer the implementation process of this scheduling organization.The short board and improvement suggestions of engineering and dispatching management are put forward to provide practical results and experience for water resources management and fine and accurate dispatching in Chaobai River basin.
