摘要
基于Fenton法对水中有机污染物的强氧化能力,研究其对餐厨垃圾废水中恶臭物质的去除条件及降解特性。采用GC-MS分流进样(分流比5:1)的方法,对目标物质进行分离,并选择离子(SIM)模式检测。餐厨垃圾废水各目标污染物质分离情况良好,共检出20种挥发性有机恶臭污染物,其总质量浓度为8.60 mg/m^(3)。通过单因素试验,研究H2O2、Fe^(2+)投加量、pH值、氧化时间对恶臭物质(以甲硫醇、乙酸乙酯和二硫化碳为代表)的去除效果;并利用正交试验进一步确定以上因素的影响程度,从而得出Fenton氧化试验的最佳反应条件:反应初始pH=5,H2O2投加量为0.98mol/L,Fe^(2+)投加量为10 g/L,反应进行120 min。此时目标分析物质总降解率达99.6%,水样臭阈值降低了97%以上。试验结果满足环境恶臭污染物无组织排放限值,该法对高效降解餐厨垃圾废水异味具有参考价值。
This paper is aimed at rapidly removing high-concentration organic substances through the chain reaction of strong oxidizing free radicals(·OH)triggered by the chemical reaction of Fe^(2+)with H2 O2,and finding out the correlated condition and degradation characteristics of fetid pollutants in kitchen wastewater oxidized by Fenton.Based on the split sampling and selected ion model,the target compounds in kitchen wastewater are separated by adopting gas chromatography-mass spectrography(GC-MS).The results show that various substances in wastewater are separated well:the linear range of VOCs is 2-200μg/L,the correlation coefficient is 0.9940-0.9999,the detection limit is 0.02-0.8 g/L,and the degree of precision is3.31%-7.87%.20 kinds of volatile malodorous organic substances are detected through this method.The detection results show that it has good linear conditions and is accurate enough,which meets the test requirements.The total mass concentration of kitchen wastewater was 8.60 mg/m^(3).The components of fetid pollutants are fully analyzed in the test,and the single factor test is used to determine the influence of the dosage of H2 O2、Fe^(2+),pH value,and oxidation time on the degradation degree by taking Methyl Mercaptan,Ethyl Acetate and Carbon Disulfide as the target substances in a single-factor experiment.Then,the influence degree of the above factors is further determined through the orthogonal test.The results show that the sequence of the factors that influence the test is as follows:H2 O2 dosage>the initial pH of reaction>Fe^(2+)dosage>reaction time.The optimum reaction conditions for the reaction of the Fenton oxidation test is as follows:the initial pH of the reaction is 5,the concentration of H202 is 0.98 mol/L,the dosage of Fe^(2+)is 10 g/L,and the reaction is carried out for 120 min.At this time,the total degradation rate of the target substance is 99.6%,and the odor threshold of the wastewater sample is reduced by more than 97%.The test results meet the emission limit of fetid pollutants,whi
