摘要
采用外置式膜生物反应器(CMBR)技术处理拜城县众泰煤焦化有限公司焦化废水,该工艺采用最新的管式膜技术,强化处理能力,能充分发挥生化反应器特点,使生化池处理效率提高30%~50%。实现了水的循环利用和零排放,取得了显著的环境效益。可以在不蒸氨的情况下使出水中的氨氮达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的一级标准,取代蒸氨系统。
Zhongtai County Coking Co.,Ltd.uses the ceramic membrane bioreactor(CMBR)to treat its coking wastewater.The latest tubular membrane process gives full play to the features of the bioreactor,greatly expanding the capacity of wastewater treatment and increasing the efficiency of the biochemical pool by 30% to 50%.The process achieves remarkable environmental benefits such as water recycling and zero discharge.The process makes the content of ammonia and nitrogen in the discharged water conform the first-grade standard of the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards"(GB8978-1996) without ammonia distillation.
