摘要
为了研究LNG动力船舶大气污染物的排放特性,选取某艘已运营的LNG单一燃料动力示范船,在发动机额定功率25%,50%,75%三种不同工况下对大气污染物(CO,NO_(x),PM,NMHC,HC,CH_(4))排放进行实船测试,并以某艘柴油船做对比实验,并着重以船舶正常运行情况下的工况(50%额定功率)为例,评估LNG动力示范船减排效果,实船测试结果表明,LNG单一燃料发动机排放的大气污染物CO,NO_(x)+NMHC,CH_(4),PM的排放值分别为3.58,3.93,1.18,0.16 g/kWh,排放数据均满足环保部出台的《船舶发动机排气污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第一,二阶段)》(GB15097-2016)第一阶段排放限值的要求,CO,NO_(x)+NMHC更是满足第二阶段要求。LNG船舶比柴油动力船舶的排放效果好。
In order to study the emission characteristics of air pollutants from LNG-powered ships,a certain operating LNG single-fuel-powered demonstration ship is selected,and the air pollutants(CO,CO,NO_(x),PM,NMHC,CH_(4))emissions were tested on the actual ship,and a comparative experiment was conducted with a diesel ship,and the working condition(50%rated power)under normal operation of the ship was taken as an example to evaluate the LNG-powered demonstration ship Emission reduction effect,the actual ship test results show that the emission values of atmospheric pollutants CO,NO_(x)+NMHC,CH_(4),and PM emitted by LNG single-fuel engines are 3.58,3.93,1.18,0.16 g/kWh,respectively,the emission data meets the requirements of the first phase emission limit of the"Marine Engine Exhaust Pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods(China Phase I and Phase II)"(GB15097-2016)issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection,CO,NO_(x)+NMHC meets the second stage requirements,and CH_(4) and PM meet the first stage standards.LNG ships have better emissions effects than diesel-powered ships.
