摘要
草果为药食两用中药材大宗品种之一,也可作调味香料,具有非常广泛的用途,而我国对于其燃烧热方面的研究较少。本实验使用氧弹量热计,将草果注入胶囊中测量其燃烧热,在此过程中,需要测量空胶囊、草果、点火丝的质量,记录温度的变化及剩余物体的总质量。学生通过研究草果的燃烧热可以巩固课本上的燃烧热测定相关知识,物理化学实验作为实验的一部分,学生在创新创业中进行物理化学方面的实验,既提高了学生对于物理化学的学习积极性,又培养了学生应用现代信息技术处理数据的能力。
Amomum tsco—kos is one of the major varieties of medicinal and edible Chinese herbal medicines.It can also be used as flavoring spices and has a very wide range of uses.However,there are few studies on its combustion heat in China.In this experiment,oxygen bomb calorimeter was used to measure the burning heat of Amomum tsco—kos injected into capsules.In this process,the mass of empty capsules,Amomum tsco—kos and ignition wire should be measured,and the change of temperature and the total mass of remaining objects should be recorded.Students can consolidate the knowledge of combustion heat measurement in textbooks by studying the combustion heat of Amomum tsco—kos.Physical chemistry experiment is a part of the experiment.Students carry out physical chemistry experiments in innovation and entrepreneurship,which not only improves students'enthusiasm for physical chemistry learning,but also cultivates students'ability to apply modern information technology to process data.
