摘要
为探讨少数民族大学生民族认同、文化适应压力与积极心理资本的关系,采用民族认同问卷(EIS)、文化适应压力量表(CASS)和积极心理资本问卷(PPQ),对浙江两所高校的550名学生进行调查,用SPSS20.0和Lisrel8.80进行数据分析。结果表明:浙江少数民族大学生民族认同感较高,且对中华民族认同显著高于对本民族认同(P<0.001);女性的民族认同感显著高于男性(P<0.001);城镇的显著高于农村的(P<0.001);文科生得分显著高于理科生和工科生(P<0.05)。中华民族认同与文化适应压力成显著负相关(r=-0.189,P<0.001),本民族认同与文化适应压力不存在显著相关。中华民族认同、本民族认同均与积极心理资本成显著正相关(r=0.159,P<0.001;r=0.296,P<0.001)。结构方程模型表明,积极心理资本在民族认同和文化适应压力之间起部分中介作用。
To explore the relationship between ethnic identity,cultural adaptation pressure and positive psychological of ethnic minority college students,550 students from two universities in Zhejiang Province were investigated with Ethnic Identity Scales,Cultural Adaptation Stress Scale and Positive Psychological Questionnaire.The data were analyzed with Spss20.0 and Lisrel8.80.The study found:The ethnic identity of minority college students in Zhejiang Province is higher,and the identity of the Chinese nation is significantly higher than the identity of their own nation(P<0.001).Women are significantly higher than men(P<0.001).The urban was significantly higher than the rural(P <0.001).The scores of liberal arts students were significantly higher than those of science and engineering students(P<0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between Chinese National Identity and acculturation pressure(r =-0.189,P<0.001).The positive psychological capital is positively correlated with the Chinese national identity and the national identity(r=0.159,P<0.001;r=0.296,P<0.001).The structural equation shows that positive psychological capital plays a partial mediating role between ethnic identity and cultural adaptation pressure.
