摘要
目的探讨用阶梯式教学法对耳鼻咽喉科专业医师进行鼻内镜教学的效果,为提高教学质量提供参考依据。方法将2017年9月1日-2019年9月1日某院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科培训的专科医师随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用内镜模拟教学法进行鼻内镜教学,观察组采用阶梯式教学法进行鼻内镜教学。比较2组专科医师接受鼻内镜技术考核的情况及其对教学的满意度。结果观察组鼻科一、二级手术或操作完成率分别为311台次(81.98%)、232台次(78.21%),对照组为259台次(69.71%),311台次(64.32%);观察组期末考核优秀率为92.86%,对照组为67.86%。2组参训医师手术后患者疗效的VAS评分平均分别为(3.61±2.15)分、(4.71±1.52)分,观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用阶梯式教学法对耳鼻咽喉科专科医师进行鼻内镜教学的效果良好,能够提高其考核成绩和教学满意度,可以提升专科医师的培养水平。
s Objectives To explore the teaching effect of the stepped teaching method for otorhinolaryngology professionals in nasal endoscopy,and provide reference for improving the teaching quality.Methods From September 1st,2017 to September 1st,2019,specialists trained in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery in a hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,endoscopic simulation teaching method was used to teach nasal endoscopy;in the observation group,stepped teaching method was used to teach nasal endoscopy.The two groups of specialists were compared in terms of receiving technical assessment of nasal endoscopy and their satisfaction with teaching.Results The completion rates of primary and secondary rhinoplasty were 311(81.98%)and 232(78.21%)in the observation group,and 259(69.71%)and 311(64.32%)in the control group,respectively.The excellent rate of the observation group was 92.86%,and that of the control group was 67.86%.The VAS scores of the two groups were(3.61±2.15)and(4.71±1.52)points,respectively.The observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The step teaching method had a good effect on the teaching of nasal endoscopy for otorhinolaryngology specialists,which could improve their assessment results and teaching satisfaction,and improve the training level of specialists.
