煤矸石-粉煤灰充填料浆流变特性的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 充填料浆的流变特性是注浆充填材料的基础特性之一。通过研究不同配比的煤矸石-粉煤灰充填料浆流变特征,得到了不同时间点的流变特性曲线。在对实验数据进行了拟合和分析的基础上得到了各条件下流体表观黏度和屈服应力。研究表明,煤矸石-粉煤灰充填料浆的流型会随时间发生变化,由宾汉塑性体逐渐失去均质流特性,变为一种受颗粒沉降影响的流型;水泥水化作用引发了粒子间内摩擦力变化并进一步导致料浆黏度随时间先增大后减小,料浆内刚性絮网结构内聚力增强将导致其屈服应力随混合时间增长而增大;料浆黏度系数、屈服应力与料浆浓度和胶凝材料含量基本满足二元一次线性关系。 The rheologic feature of filling material slurry is one of fundamental feature of grouting filling material.Studied filling material slurry rheologic features of different proportioning coal gangue-flyash filling material slurries have worked out rheologic feature curves of different time points.On the basis of experimental data fitting and analysis have worked out fluid apparent viscosities and yield stresses under different conditions.The study has shown that flow patterns of coal gangue-flyash will be varied with time,from Bingham plastic has been gradually lost homogeneous flow features to a kind of flow pattern impacted by particles settling.Hydration of cement has initiated friction force variation between particles and further caused material slurry viscosity increasing first then decreasing with time.Cohesive force strengthening of rigid flocculation network structure in material slurry has caused its yield stress increasing with mixing time increasing.Material slurry viscosity coefficient,yield stress and slurry concentration,cementing material content are basically satisfied binary primary linear relationship.
