摘要
自动扶梯作为与乘客人身安全密切相关的特种设备,其运行安全性尤为重要。自动扶梯状态检测与智能预警诊断系统由传感器、采集器、服务器等设备组成,通过传感器检测主要机械部件的运行状态,进行智能预警判断,并通过专家系统对设备进行智能诊断。基于状态监测与智能预警诊断系统的预测性维护具有提前预警、故障定位能力,可实现故障的早期预警,提高维修效率,增强维修水平。目前该系统已在北京、深圳、南京、西安、青岛等城市轨道交通项目中广泛应用,文章通过对项目中典型案例的分析,详细阐述该系统图谱功能、预警效果及系统运维平台的应用,验证该系统的有效性及在实际工程中的意义。
As special equipment closely related to the personal safety of passengers,the operation safety of escalators is particularly important.The intelligent early warning and diagnosis system for escalators is composed of equipment sensors,collectors,servers,etc,the operating status of major mechanical components is detected through the sensors,carrying out intelligent early warning and judgment on the equipment,and intelligent diagnosis can be carried out through the expert system.Predictive maintenance based on condition monitoring and early warning diagnosis systems has an early warning and fault location capability,through which early warning of faults is achieved,the maintenance efficiency is improved,and the maintenance level is enhanced.At present,the system has been widely applied in urban rail transit projects in Shenzhen,Beijing,Nanjing,Xi'an,Qingdao,etc.Through the analysis of typical cases in the projects,in this paper,the map function,early warning effect system-level operation,and application of the system-level maintenance platform is stated in detail,and the effectiveness of the escalator condition monitoring and early warning diagnosis system and its significance in actual engineering are verified.
