摘要 复杂结构设备的滚动轴承其振动信号成分复杂,故障信号微弱,信噪比很小,常规诊断方法难以有效消除背景噪声,有效提取故障信息.文中研究了基于相位补偿时域同步平均的滚动轴承故障诊断方法,并根据轴承故障信号存在调制的特点,探讨了同步周期的合理选取.通过对轴承内圈故障的仿真研究,验证了相位补偿时域同步平均方法的有效性,它能够同时提取故障特征频率与调制频率,为精确诊断轴承故障提供了新的途径.经进一步实验研究,证明该方法是有效的. The vibration signals created by rolling bearing are very complicated,especially for those bearing that support the complicated structure machine.Moreover,the signal-noise-ratio of fault signals is very small,so under this circumstance,the traditional methods of diagnosis can't effectively eliminate strong background noise and extract the weak fault signal.This paper studies a method of time synchronous averaging (TSA),based on phase compensating.According to the characteristics that modulation exists in bearing fault signal,this paper discusses the reasonable selection of synchronous period.The simulation results of bearing with the inner race defect show the validity of the method.This method can simultaneously extract the fault characteristic frequencies and modulation frequencies,provide a new way for accurate diagnosis of bearing defect.Further experiments demonstrate that this method is effective.
