浅析北京地铁5号线车载信号改造工程 被引量:2

摘要 2015年底,北京地铁5号线实际运营间隔缩短至2 min后,因信号系统故障多次导致列车晚点、运营间隔增大、运力下降、乘客滞留,信号系统的改造已势在必行。但是,由于既有信号系统设备未满足大修年限要求,所以只能对现有信号系统进行局部改造升级。首先,完成5号线全部列车车载信号设备改造,兼容既有轨道电路系统和既有车辆接口设备,实现车载列车自动防护(ATP)系统功能。其次,地面信号系统完成欧标应答器安装工作,以替换既有的美标应答器。最后,车载信号系统完成欧标应答器传输模块(BTM)天线代替美标BTM天线的工作,使车载设备具备列车自动运行(ATO)功能并提升停车精度,从而实现了降低信号系统故障率、提升运力、保障安全运营的目的。本改造工程可为城市轨道交通行业中类似的改造工程提供诸多经验。 At the end of 2015,the actual operation interval of Beijing Metrol Line 5 was shortened to 2 minutes.Due to the signal system failure,the trains on Line 5 were delayed for many times,the operation interval was extended,the transport capacity was reduced,and passengers were stranded.Therefore,it is imperative to transform the signal system of Line 5.However,since the existing signal system equipment does not meet the requirements of the overhaul period,the current signal system can only be partially reformed and upgraded.First of all,all train on-board signal equipments on Line 5 are transformed,which are compatible with the existing track circuit system and existing vehicle interface equipment to realize the function of the on-board automatic train protection(ATP)system.Secondly,in the ground signal system the installation of European standard transponders is completed to replace the existing American standard transponders.Finally,in the on-board signal system the American standard balise transmission module(BTM)antennas are replaced by the European standard BTM antennas,so that the on-board equipment has automatic train operation(ATO)function and the parking accuracy is improved,thereby the purposes of reducing the failure rate enhancing capacity,and ensuring safe operation of the signal system are achieved.The recontruction project can provide a lot of experience for similar reconstruction projects in the urban rail transit industry.
