摘要
分析了磁暴产生的电磁效应对FPGA的影响,结合现有容错技术,提出一种新型FPGA防辐射设计方法——结合时间冗余的双备份比较方法。结果表明:将表决电路进行双备份处理,得到的最小化分区双模冗余设计对单粒子效应敏感面积将降至0,同时还克服了三模冗余功耗过大的问题。
How the space radiation caused by geomagnetic storm affects FPGA devices was analyzed. This paper investigated the FPGA fault-tolerance techniques used nowadays and presented a new mitigation technique against upsets, duplication with comparison combined with time redundancy. The results show that in the minimum partitioning dual modular redundancy design, with the upset detector and voter circuit (the " DnV" circuit ) no radiation-hardened, the radiation sensitive areas will be 0% . At the same time, it also overcomes the problem of excessive power consumption of the three mode redundancy.
