摘要
新工科需要培养具有创新能力、工程能力和职业能力的复合型卓越人才,此三项能力是现代职业教育的首要培养目标,也是社会对毕业生的重要能力要求,更是高校大学生培养中的重点和难点。基于此,在分析职业院校培养学生复合能力过程中存在的痛点后,提出复合型人才培养的"六链协同"范式,以机械专业为例,介绍如何优化课程体系、构建师资力量、实施课程组织、建设试验实训平台等方面的协同链,为机械类复合型人才培养模式提供了新思路,为我国新工科建设添砖加瓦。
The new engineering course cultivates compound excellent talents with innovative ability, engineering ability and professional ability. These three abilities are not only the primary training objectives of modern vocational education, but also the important ability requirements of the society for graduates, but also the key and difficult points in the cultivation of college students. After analyzing the pain points existing in the process of cultivating students’ compound ability in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the "six chain cooperation" paradigm of cultivating compound talents. Taking mechanical specialty as an example, this paper introduces how to construct the cooperation chain in the aspects of curriculum system optimization, faculty construction, curriculum organization and implementation, and experimental training platform construction, which provides a new idea for the cultivation mode of mechanical compound talents, contribute to the construction of new engineering in China.
