摘要
滚动轴承发生故障时其振动信号具有非线性、非平稳性的特征。传统线性滤波去噪算法不能有效地抑制轴承振动信号中的非线性噪声。通过分析自适应邻域半径局部投影算法的降噪特性,将轴承振动信号通过相空间重构映射到高维空间,并利用自适应局部邻域半径算法进行局部投影处理,实现了故障特征信号和噪声的分离。最后,通过试验数据验证了该方法用于轴承故障信号预处理的有效性,为轴承故障数据预处理提供了新的思路。
The vibration signal of rolling bearing in fault is non-linear and non-stationary. The traditional linear filtering denoising algorithm cannot effectively suppress the non-linear noise of vibration signal of bearing. Through analyzing the noise reduction characteristics of the local local projection algorithm in the adaptive neighborhood, the bearing vibration signal is mapped to high-dimensional space through phase space reconstruction, and used the adaptive local neighborhood scaling algorithm for the local projection processing,which can achieve the separation of fault characteristics signal and noise. At last,the test data verified the effectiveness of this method for fault signal preprocessing of bearing and provided a new idea for bearing fault signal preprocessing.
