摘要
目的:探讨多点反馈手术室管理模式对预防脊柱手术患者医院感染发生的影响。方法:选取348例脊柱手术患者作为研究对象,根据管理模式不同,将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组实施常规手术室管理模式,观察组实施多点反馈手术室管理模式,对比两组感染管理质量、患者手术时间、住院时间及院内感染发生率。结果:观察组手术室空气、医务人员手部卫生、物体表面、无菌物品合格率分别高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组感染发生率低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:多点反馈手术室管理模式用于脊柱手术患者中,可增强感染管理质量,降低感染风险,从而促进患者康复,缩短住院时间。
Objective:To discuss the impact of multi-point feedback operating room management mode on the prevention of nosocomial infections in patients undergoing spinal surgery.Methods:348 patients undergoing spinal surgery were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group and control group according to different management modes.Conventional operating room management mode was taken for the control group,while multi-point feedback operating room management mode for the observation group.Then,the quality of infection management,operation time and hospital stay,and incidence of nosocomial infections were compared between the two groups.Results:The operating room air,hand hygiene of medical staff,qualification rate of surface of objects and sterile items in the observation group were all higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);and infection occurred in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,which was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:For spinal surgery patients,the use of multi-point feedback operating room management model can enhance the quality of infection management and reduce the risk of infection,thereby promoting the recovery of patients and shortening their hospital stays.
