Antibody-dependent enhancement(ADE)effect of novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)has attracted much attention. The Osaka University research team has for the first time found that infection with SARS-CoV-2 produces both neutralizing antibodies against infection and enhancing antibodies against infection, confirming the possibility that SARS-CoV-2 causes ADE in vitro, thus which further raising public doubts and concerns about vaccination. In this paper,we analyzed and prospected whether the infection-enhancing antibody causes ADE in human body and its impact on vaccination and vaccine development.
