摘要
聚乳酸(Polylactic acid,PLA)是一种可完全生物降解的材料,无毒,具有生物惰性和生物相容性等特性,被广泛应用于医疗、医药和食品包装等诸多领域。为了更好地发挥聚乳酸的应用效果,必须要对其进行改性研究,确保其在相关领域的高效应用。介绍了聚乳酸的5种合成方法和聚乳酸的结构和性质,综述了PLA的改性研究,展望了聚乳酸在工农业、生物医学、包装领域的应用前景。
Polylactic acid(PLA)is a kind of biodegradable material,which is non-toxic,bio inert and biocompatible.It is widely used in many fields such as medical,pharmaceutical and food packaging.In order to give full play to the application effect of PLA,it is necessary to carry out modification research to ensure its efficient application in related fields.Five synthetic methods for PLA and the structure and properties of PLA are introduced.The modification of PLA is reviewed.The application prospect of PLA in the fields of industry,agriculture,biomedicine and packaging are described.
