摘要
综述了近几年聚乳酸的合成,讨论了聚合过程中聚合时间、聚合温度、催化剂、体系真空度等对聚合反应的影响;介绍了聚乳酸在药物控制释放、组织工程材料、骨科材料、医用缝合线、眼科植入材料等生物医药领域的应用。
The synthesis of poly（lactic acid） in recent years have been reviewed,the effects on the synthesis results of polymerization time, polymerization temperature, catalyst and system vacuum have also been discussed and the application of poly（lactic acid）in biomedicine fields such as controlled release of drug, tissue engineering material, orthopedic material, medical seam ,ophthalmology implantation material have been introduced.
