摘要
随着开采深度增加,具有突出危险性近距离煤层群开采瓦斯治理成为关键,探寻高效的治理方法,缓解采掘接替压力,保障安全生产,对中煤组集中瓦斯治理技术进行研究,根据煤层覆存条件合理选择首采层及首采面,采取集中瓦斯抽放巷作为掘进、回采期间瓦斯治理的区域防突措施,通过穿层长钻孔对首采面及近距离煤层群卸压范围内瓦斯集中抽放,高效利用瓦斯治理空间,该技术具有钻孔利用率高、瓦斯治理范围广的特点,不仅达到煤巷掘进消突目的,且降低后续瓦斯治理难度。
With the increase of mining depth,the gas control for close coalbed group mining has become more and more difficult.In order to explore efficient control methods to ease the tension of mining replacement and ensure safety production,it is necessary to study the centralized gas control technology of middle coal group.According to the coal seam occurrence conditions,the first mining layer and are reasonably selected;and the centralized gas drainage roadway is taken as the regional outburst prevention measures during the driving and mining period.Through drilling the long distance boreholes,the gas in the stress-relief zone of the first mining face is centrally drained,and the gas control space is efficiently utilized.The technology has the advantages of high utilization of boreholes and wide range of gas control,which not only achieves the purpose of outburst elimination in coal roadway excavation,but also reduces the difficulty of subsequent gas control.
