摘要
随着资源枯竭,开采作业向深部延深,应力对巷道的破坏严重,增加了深部巷道修复的频率和成本。为修复深部巷道,在围岩加固支护中通过应用注浆技术,形成钢网+喷浆+锚梁+中空锚索+注浆的联合支护体系。加强了破碎围岩的整体性,改善了应力分布,大大延长巷道服役时间,取得较好实际支护效果,有效地降低了煤矿生产成本。
With the depletion of resources,the mining operation deepens,and the stress damage to the roadway is serious,increases the frequency and cost of deep roadway repair.The combined support system include steel mesh,shotcrete,anchor beam,hollow anchor cable and grouting,which formed through the application of grouting technology in the reinforcement of surrounding rock in the repair of deep roadway.The integrity of the broken surrounding rock is strengthened,the stress distribution is improved,the service time of the roadway is greatly extended,the practical support effect is obtained,and the production cost of the coal mine is effectively reduced.
