摘要
目的:分析二级医院在社区康复中定位的研究现状,为二级医院的转型和发展提供借鉴和参考。方法:通过检索中国知网数据库中关于二级医院康复发展研究的文献,检索时间不限,利用CiteSpace软件和文献计量学方法对检索结果进行可视化分析。结果:从1991~2020年共检索到相关文献572篇,筛选后最终纳入446篇,发文量呈波折上升趋势;少数论文获得国家级基金资助,研究机构以高校和医院为主,但机构和作者间合作非常不紧密;热点关键词为二级医院、三级医院、区域医疗中心和专科医院,关键词聚类前3位分别为医疗卫生事业、急诊科和错位发展。结论:二级医院在社区康复体系中的研究虽然较多,但过于分散,无法形成对政府决策有足够影响力的结论;康复理念普及不够深入,分级诊疗政策在二级医院层面落地不充分是目前二级医院的主要发展障碍。
Objective: To analyze the current state of research on the positioning of second-class hospitals in community rehabilitation, and to provide draw and reference for the transformation and development of second-class hospitals. Methods: By searching the literature on the development of rehabilitation in second-class hospitals in CNKI, the search time was not limited. The retrieved results were visualized and analyzed using CiteSpace software and bibliometric methods. Results: A total of 572 relevant literatures were retrieved from 1991~2020, and 446 articles were finally included after screening, and the volume of publications showed a rising trend. A small number of papers received national level funding, and the research institutions were mainly colleges and hospitals, but the institutions and inter author cooperation were very inconsistent. The hotspot keywords were secondclass hospital, tertiary, regional medical centers and specialized hospitals, and the top 3 keywords clustering were healthcare career, emergency department and dislocation development, respectively. Conclusions: Second-class hospitals’ studies in community-based rehabilitation systems, although large, are too fragmented to form conclusions that have sufficient influence on government decision-making. Insufficient popularity of rehabilitation concept, insufficient floor to the floor of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy at the level of second-class hospitals are currently the main obstacles to the development of second-class hospitals.
