摘要
目的观察清和颗粒治疗艾滋病HAART致失眠(郁热内扰)的临床效果。方法周口市传染病医院2017年3月—2019年11月106例艾滋病HAART致失眠(郁热内扰)患者按照是否应用清和颗粒治疗将患者分为对照组(53例:艾司唑仑)与实验组(53例:清和颗粒),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗3个疗程后CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)等T淋巴细胞因子分别为(40.55±2.48)%、(36.52±2.48)%、(1.64±0.04),去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺以及5-羟色胺等神经递质分别为(72.52±2.44)mg/L、(172.45±14.11)ng/L、(355.28±25.48)pg/mL,均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(t=18.151、17.635、11.294、12.451、11.464、12.594,P<0.05)。实验组患者总有效率(98.11%)显著高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率(18.87%)略高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.703,P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗3个疗程后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)以及36项简易生活质量(SF-36)量表得分分别为(12.71±0.21)分、(72.75±1.32)分,均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(t=21.637、21.657,P<0.05)。结论艾滋病HAART致失眠(郁热内扰)患者清和颗粒治疗可显著提升治疗效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qing He granule in treating insomnia caused by AIDS HAART. Methods 106 patients with insomnia caused by AIDS HAART(-20) were divided into control group(53 cases: eisulpride) and experimental group(53 cases: Qing He granule) From March 2017 to NAovember 2019 in Zhoukou infectious disease hospital. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results after three courses of treatment, T lymphocyte factors such as CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the experimental group were(40.55±2.48)%,(36.52±2.48)%,(1.64±0.04) respectively, and neurotransmitters such as norepinephrine, dopamine and serotonin were(72.52±2.44) mg/L,(172.45±14.11) ng/L and(355.28±25.48) pg/mL respectively, which were higher than those in the control group, The data were significantly different(t = 18.151, 17.635, 11.294, 12.451, 11.464, 12.594, P< 0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group(98.11%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(18.87%) was slightly higher than that in the control group( χ^(2)=4.703,P<0.05). After three courses of treatment, the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and 36 simple quality of life(SF-36) in the experimental group were(12.71±0.21) and(72.75±1.32) respectively, which were higher than those in the control group(t=21.637, 21.657, P<0.05). Conclusion the treatment of insomnia caused by AIDS HAART(heat disturbance) can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
