摘要
通过回顾贵州葡萄产业发展的生态条件、栽培历史、野生资源等情况,介绍了目前产业的生产规模、种植区域、品种结构、山地栽培模式、苗木生产、加工业、市场状况等现状,分析了当前葡萄产业中存在的品种结构待优化、栽培技术落后、资金投入不足、加工企业少、科技支持匮乏等问题。提出贵州葡萄产业发展应考虑从整体规划出发,筛选引进优良品种,加快推广先进栽培技术,多方争取项目和资金支持,积极培育经营主体,加强品牌建设等,全方位提升产业发展水平。
The ecological condition,cultivation history,wild resources of grape were reviewed in Guizhou.The varieties composition,planting region and area,cultivation mode of mountain,seedling production,processing and marketing were introduced.These problems were common in the current grape industry,such as variety structure to optimize,behindhand cultivation techniques,insufficient capital investment,less processing enterprises,lack of scientific and technological support.It was suggested that the development of grape industry in Guizhou should be based on the overall planning,such as screening and introducing excellent varieties,accelerating promotion of advanced cultivation techniques,striving for various projects and financial support,actively cultivate business entities,strengthening brand construction and so on,to enhance the industrial development level in an all-round way.
