摘要
文章简析职业院校高素质技术技能人才培养对社会发展的重要性,探讨技能大赛人才在培养过程中存在的问题,提出以职业技能竞赛为引领,构建学生“长效激励机制”、“三层次、渐进式”选拔机制和“全方位、阶段式”训练体系,旨在为职业院校培养高素质技术技能人才提供借鉴。
This paper starts by introducing the importance of high-quality competitive talents training in vocational colleges for social development.Then it discusses the problems existing in the training process of high-quality competitive talents.Meanwhile,the paper puts forward the solutions in the context of vocational skills competition revolving around three aspects:namely the construction of students’long-term incentive mechanism,three-tier progressive selection mechanism and the comprehensive and staged training system,aiming to provide reference for vocational colleges in the cultivation of high-quality competitive talents.
